Academics

We have highly qualified and dedicated faculty as we believe that a student is a lyre and a teacher is a musician who plays it. Our curriculum allows students think independently.

We follow Montessori system for age group between 3 and 5.

Our school follows the syllabi recommended by CBSE, New Delhi from Grade I to Grade XII (Co-educational).

Tamil and Hindi are offered as optional II and III languages for classes V – VIII. French and Arabic are taught as foreign languages. core subjects taught are Maths, Science and Social till Grade X. For senior secondary subject options will be given and students can select their option of interest.


ASSESSMENT AND EXAM

Assessment is done based on the performance in the periodic tests and summative assessment tests. Activities and projects are considered for Internal assessment.

Skill assessment is done for all subjects except social science up to V Std. For higher classes skill assessment is done only for languages. The listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of the students are assessed. We believe that improving these skills will help the students in their future and help them to seek good job opportunities. The marks awarded for the skill assessment is 20 marks. Apart from that, written test is conducted for 60 marks and 20 marks as internal assessment that is done based on their Notebook maintenance, Activity submission and subject enrichment activities. In overall, we focus on the complete development of the children preparing them to be the future pillars and good citizens of our country. They can write, read and speak on their own without any hesitation.
